C&I Southwest are specialists in external through-colour rendering and the company has transformed the exterior appearance on a host of both domestic and commercial properties.
In addition to negating the need for initial painting, through-colour render is maintenance free and protects against damp penetration. With different finishes and a wide range of colours available it greatly enhances the aesthetic appearance of a property.
We employ an independent health & safety consultant to oversee all of our projects, all our site staff are trained to NVQ level 2, Asbestos Awareness certified and CSCS registered.
C&I Southwest are K-Rend, Parex, Weber and Marmorit approved for both mineral and acrylic render systems. C&I Southwest can also combine these systems with external wall insulation (EWI) to improve the thermal properties of a building.
Through Colour Render
Through-colour render is not only maintenance free and protects against damp penetration but also negates the need for initial painting.
Through-colour renders are available in mineral and thin-coat acrylic forms.
Monocouche renders are a one coat operation, are available in a wide variety of colours and have become the industry-standard product in use for new build housing.
Some through-colour render products can be combined with insulation to provide an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system to reduce heat loss through walls.
This is particularly suited to single skin walls, solid wall construction and prefabricated concrete panels.
EWI systems are an excellent way of improving the U Value of a building without imposing on the interior floor space.
