Project Scope: Working with Pellikaan Construction we produced a brand-new state of the art learning facility, representing the very latest in sustainable architecture, providing a highly technologically advanced teaching and learning environment. C&I Southwest were employed to install acoustic treatment to encase steelwork including a high level of performing Partitions between Classrooms and Auditorium learning spaces. Including acoustic ceilings throughout the building, with a high-quality Tape and Joint finish throughout.

Project Scope: Working with Lancer Scott and UWE, we produced the Engineering Building for students at UWE based over four floors. Works include formal and informal educational centre to achieve a high-quality learning space. A place where students and staff come together to build engineering skill sets. C&I were contracted to install Metal Stud Linings and Partitions, Suspended Ceilings and Acoustic Baffles throughout the building.

Project Scope: Refurbishment and construction work to create four separate spaces within the existing Robotics Centre (T Block) at the University of the West of England. Funded by the Art and Humanities Research Council and West of England Combined Authority, the newly refurbished spaces offer 500m² of state of state-of-the-art facilities. C&I Southwest were contracted to carry out the installation of internal SFS, Metal Stud Partitions and Suspended Ceilings including a skim finish throughout.

Project Scope: Refurbishment of existing building into high quality student accommodation located in central Exeter and the University Campus. Our works package included for 60-minute fire rated partitions and Suspended MF Ceilings, including 600 x 600 Suspended Ceilings to the Communal areas including the fire protection of the existing structure all completed to a high-quality plaster finish.

Project Scope: Located in central Worcester the Foundary offers student accommodation to the nearby university. C&I Southwest, were employed to board SFS partitions, install Mass Barrier Fire Ceilings, MF Plasterboard Ceilings along with 600 x 600 Grid and Tile Ceilings to communal areas of the building.

Project Scope: Located in central Bristol, Redcliffe Street offers a short walk to the nearby Bristol Campus with the added benefit from being close to nearby shops, cafes and bars. C&I Southwest installed new Metal Stud Partitions, upgraded existing floors, Suspended Ceilings with a plaster finish throughout the building.
