Project Scope: Replacement Leisure Centre attached to Palmer Park Athletics Centre in Reading. C&I Southwest working with Pellikaan and Reading Borough Council provided a new Centre offering a 100 Station Gym, Fitness and Cardio Studios alongside a six-lane, 25m Swimming Pool, Café and Children’s Soft Play. C&I Southwest formed new Partitions, Wall Linings, plus a mixture of 600 x 600 Suspended Ceilings and MF Ceilings with a high-quality Tape and Joint Finish throughout.

Project Scope: Working with Pellikaan Construction and the local Council, the new Warsop Leisure Hub was built. Offering modern day gym equipment in a Fitness Suite alongside a 15m x 8m Swimming Pool and a separate child-friendly splash zone. C&I Southwest formed new Partitions, Wall Linings, plus a mixture of 600 x 600 Suspended Ceilings and MF Ceilings with a high-quality Tape and Joint Finish throughout the centre.

Project Scope: Working with our partner, Pellikaan Construction, the new Whitchurch Swimming and Fitness Centre was built offering a fantastic range of facilities to the local Whitchurch community. We formed a fully functioning state of the art air-conditioned gym, 25m long six lane Swimming Pool and Work out Studios. C&I Southwest formed new Partitions, Wall Linings, plus a mixture of 600 x 600 Suspended Ceilings and MF Ceilings with a high-quality Tape and Joint Finish throughout the centre.

Project Scope: Working with our partner, Pellikaan Construction, the new Epping Leisure Centre has been built to support Epping Forest District Councils aim to become carbon neutral by 2030. This fantastic Leisure Centre offers a Main 25m Swimming Pool, a separate Learner Pool, along with a large indoor Sports Hall, Health and Fitness Gym, Fitness Studio, including a state of the art Spinning Class Studio and Squash Courts with all the necessary Changing Facilities.
