Scope of works: conversation of an old commercial property into 14 one and two-bedroom apartments. The scope of works carried out were Drylining, Partition, MF Ceilings, Plastering, SFS, Insulated Render. External works carried out were the metsec (SFS) external walls and then we installed an insulated render the exterior. The internal works compromised of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living room and communal areas spread over the 14 apartments and over the 3 floors.
