With over 22 years’ experience within the Drylining industry, Martin was the founding member of C&I Southwest Ltd. He has a great amount of experience in managing operation of all types of project from complex projects to simple projects of all different sizes. He boasts a great knowledge in order to overcome any issues that may arise to ensure projects are successful from hand on experience within the trade. Martin in his spare time he enjoys taking his family on fishing trips and going to the gym.

With over 25 years’ experience, Dave started out as an apprentice working for Main Contractors, specialising and qualifying in Quantity Surveying. Dave joined C&I Southwest Ltd in 2014 as Commercial Director and has a whole range of skills and knowledge of the industry. Dave is passionate about building solid relationships with clients, customers and our valued supply chain. In my spare time I enjoy sport, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

With 30 years’ experience within surveying and the Drylining industry. He boasts a large range of strong skills and knowledge to ensure that projects are successful and value for money. He has lots of experience enabling him to quickly overcome problems. Phil in his spare time enjoys going to watch rugby.

With over 11 years of experience in Drylining and Surveying, Jordan has built a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical expertise. He holds a degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and is a FIRAS-accredited Firestopping Supervisor. Jordan is passionate about delivering excellent service and effective on-site management to ensure every project’s success. His hands-on background in the Drylining industry allows him to approach challenges with practical problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys travelling and attending Horse Trials.

With 19 years of experience within the financial industry with over 6 years within the Drylining industry. Katie has been within the company since founding and has enable the company to successfully grow. She is financially focused with a strong eye for detail. Katie enjoys spending her spare time with her young family and dogs.

With 20 years’ experience within the administrative industry. Tracey is very good at providing support to all members of staff. She is a very organised and passionate credit controller. Tracey in her spare time enjoys exercise.

Chloe has been with the company for 7 years. She has completed a business administration course. Chloe does purchase ordering for the company, helps with purchase ledger and checks all invoices are correct. In her free time Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and young daughter.
