Project Scope: Reconfiguration of the existing hospital and relocation of the existing Kitchen and Canteen facilities, upgrading the Internal Metal Stud Partitions, insulated Wall Linings and Hygienic Grid and Tile Suspended Ceilings, with a Tape and Joint finish throughout.
Derriford Hospital
Project Location: Plymouth
Project Contractor: Tilbury Douglas

Project Duration: 1 month (February 2025)
Project Scope: Working with Tilbury Douglas to form a new Oncology Extension featuring a Decant Linear Accelerator (LINAC) Bunker and a Brachytherapy Treatment Suite alongside Planning Areas, Examination and Recovery Rooms to provide critical delivery of radiotherapy treatment. C&I Southwest have been employed to carry out the supply and installation of the external SFS, (Structural Framing System) including internal insulation prior to external Cladding. We’ve also extended our contract to include all the internal Fire Protection Works, Stud Partitioning, Wall Linings and specialist Tape and Jointing finish along with high performing 600 x 600 Suspended Grid and Tile Ceilings.
